At the end of summer, we drew a very positive mid-term balance for our Cluster Strategy 2025: the number of members in the Cluster Agency continues to rise encouragingly, and we have also implemented many strategically important measures regarding our content priorities. Afterwards we took advantage of the warm weather to celebrate these accomplishments.

The long-awaited funding decisions for two key projects for the decarbonisation of industry in the Port of Hamburg finally arrived on the 15th of July. They related to Hamburg Green Hydrogen Hub-HGHH, a 100 MW large-scale electrolyser at the Moorburg site, and the Hamburg Hydrogen Industrial Network HH-WIN, which will be used to transport green to industrial customers. This was a crucial milestone, as both projects, in conjunction with the planned supra-regional hydrogen core network and the planned import terminals for the port, are at the heart of the hydrogen strategy. Congratulations to the stakeholders, all of them Cluster Agency members.
